According to a report about 16% of world's adult population are
obese just. This means that almost 600 million people are obese just 
because they might not have been concious towards their fitness. So we
all must need to have to br fit and we should do whatever it takes to
be fit and we should do whatever it takes to be fit. Fitness doesn't 
costs too much; it requires a little bit of exercise to keep our bones 
and muscles active and healthy which brings the physical fitness and 
sout to bring internal piece in our mind. Despite of kwowing the 
importance of fitness, a majority of people have been like ignorant 
towards fitness. People (a majority) usually don't keep themselves fit
or they do exercises or yoga unless they caught up with some medical 
ailments as the doctor suggests them for staying fit. But we must understand that keeping ourselves fit is the basic need of living; 
in fact it is important to have 3 meals a day. Meals or food should 
be healthy that means rich in nutrition. We should avoid junk foods.
Being fit make us more efficient towards work as we have greater stamina.




Thus, we all must have to take essential steps towards keeping
ourselves fit and healthy as fitness brings joy, happiness and grace to 
our face also. We must do some workouts, exercises, walking and meditation 
along with intake of healthy foods. Not only this, it is our duty being 
a member of this society to make people aware of those monstrous unhealthy
society and we should keep encouraging people to stay fit and healthy.
Being fit and healthy we are free from various dieases.
If we will do so, then as a matter of fact; a more beautiful 
human environment could be created in the near future where everyone 
is fit and healthy.
